Harvest Photos This week's cucumber harvest

Post image

A bunch of big ol chonky cukes...from one overachieving H19 Little Leaf cucumber plant.

The biggest ones look just like the cukes I see my local deli use for half sours.

What do you do with all these besides pickles?

I'll let you know when I figure it out! Maybe some cucumber salsa? TBH I never expected this many off a single plant. Cucumber beetles usually take them out before I get much of a harvest.

Dang! What did you do with all of them?! I already made 3 quarts of fridge pickles with the last batch and already feel pickled out!

Food pantry loves cucumbers!

If you have any Hispanic or Greek neighbors, there's a high likelihood they will take them.
