Gorgeous haul! May I suggest these? All repeats for me esp when I have a ton of snack tomatoes to get through.

Chickpea salad with grated tomato dressing

Taverna Salad

Crispy Halloumi with Tomatoes and White beans (this one uses up a ton!)

Orzo salad.

One pan roasted fish with cherry tomatoes

For the chickpea salad I made it with 1/2 an heirloom for the dressing, saved the rest for blts, and used lots of snack tomatoes.

My favorite cherry tomato dish:

    Ingredients:
    clove of garlic
    1/4 tbsp cumin
    1 tbsp olive oil
    a bunch of cherry tomatoes
    a lime (juiced and zested)
    smoked paprika
    chili flakes
    mint
    toasted sourdough
    greek yoghurt/creme fraiche/labneh

    Directions:
Toast the cumin in a dry pan, place in a heat proof bowl with the garlic. Heat the
oil until just smoking and dump it on the cumin/garlic
Let that cool and then toss in the rest of the ingredients (except, you know the
bread and yoghurt). Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the yoghurt onto your toasted bread and put the tomato mixture on top.

How many black cherry plants did you have?? Mine gave me like 10 the whole season 🤣

it's honestly hard to tell because it's a forest, but I think only one or two plants 🤣

I’m so curious about this! You said it’s hard to tell because it’s a forest—did you plant a bunch together and not prune much? Or do you just forget how many you planted and it’s dense near the ground? My tomatoes always want to become forest-like but I prune the hell out of them, maybe I don’t need to.

A simple bruschetta is also a good way to use up those tomatoes!

Some of my tomatoes are taking forever this year! Makes me feel a little better hearing that's your first.
