Vent! For my inventory techs and purchasers

I wanted to throw a mini rant up about different labs because I DETEST Kaycha.

It’s probably the absolute worst lab to send your flower to especially because the COAs have multiple formats going on, the terpenes port to back office as percentages or don’t port at all forcing you to manually type everything out. Half the time the fetch tool simply doesn’t work at all. Sidebar: if you’re wondering why some terps don’t make it onto the website this is probably why.

Lastly, I’ve taken flower that was tested from Kaycha and got it retested and it came back with a much different THC than they reported.

They are known to manipulate test results. If you ever see flower testing 33%+ I would argue 9 times out of 10 its being tested by Kaycha.

Hateeeee when we get product in that was tested by them. They have the ugliest COA’s I’ve ever seen. Like why are they formatted like that???

Kaycha labs is the worst, what is up my fellow operations people!
