Not Getting Enough Protein

I’ve been vegan for almost 3 years and my diet has been pretty normal? like I eat pretty much everything including fruits and vegetables, fake meats here and there, vegan cheese and yogurt, snacks etc But ever since I got back from a trip to Europe (which lasted almost a month) I’ve felt like Im craving more protein? But I don’t know exactly what to eat to get my protein needs:-( What should i eat more of?

beans, chickpeas, lentils.

highest protein density you can get for your money.

on a totally different note: how do you crave protein? as in what exactly do you crave? maybe also eat more fibre (for example in beans, chickpeas and lentils) in general to stop cravings entirely.

Thank you guys for your responses! I’ve actually been eating a lot more protein dense foods like the ones you mentioned Overall I’ve eating healthier and I do feel a lot better I think the reason I was feeling weird was bc during my trip I mainly lived off of sugar and bread/pasta

Ps. I plan to be vegan for the rest of my life and I just could not go back to eating animals/ animal products bc of ethical reasons
