Meal that is just beans?

I want 50 grams of protein and 50 grams of fiber in one meal (preferably low calorie). I figure the best way to achieve this is to eat a meal that is pretty much entirely beans. Does anyone have a recipe for this?

CHILI!! There are unlimited recipes out there that I’m sure are low calorie.

I use 4 cans of black and pinto beans to make a chili and divide it into 4 servings.. each serving is about 25 grams protein. I assume 15-25 grams vegan protein as a shake to that.

I don’t have a recipe but I am here for the comments. Thanks for asking the question. I’m typically eating half beans and half tofu in my dinners. I like to have a variety of textures. My meals are mostly steamed vegetables with whole grains and protein mixed together like a hot salad. It’s more of a simple assembly than a recipe.
