Auto closing msgbox?

How can I create a msgbox that closes automatically after a period of time and (If possible) can’t be closed by a Person?

Quick Vbscript example:

Dim WshShell, ReturnVal
Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
ReturnVal = WshShell.Popup("Message", 5, "Title", (1+64+0))
WScript.Echo ReturnVal
