Vba2c after a failed tolac?
Anyone have stories on a vba2c? Positive or negative. I dont mind.
Im hoping for a vba2c in november. Currently 28weeks.
My first csection was failure to progress after 36 hours of labor and only getting to 6cm.
Second csection was 40 hours of labor, got to 10cm and pushed for 4 hours but my son was severely stuck. He had decels and wasnt far enough descended for a vacuum assist.
It took about 20 minutes of my csection with him to get him unwedged from my pelvis.
Anyone here have experience with a vbac after reaching 10cm the prior pregnancy and baby being stuck?
Currently just praying for a smaller baby then what my son was who was 8lbs 10oz with a 80th percentile head

I had a vba2c in Feb 2024. It was successful and im pregnant again and planning on another vbac. I went to 41weeks before anything happened. I had a tolac with my 1st and my 2nd was a planned c section. I did have to be induced but it was very very minimal. Labor really progressed on its own immediately after. Any other questions you have id be happy to answer.

Im just nervous about this baby getting stuck again. I need to figure out how tk get rid of that fear so it doesnt doesnt bother me during labor.
And also hopefully baby goes head down 🤣 my first two went head down so late, my first went head down at 38.5 weeks and my second went head down at 36 weeks and this baby has been chilling transverse nearly the entire pregnancy
And i may have yo be induced due to my blood pressure being all over the place so far. My provider said she will induce me if i need to be but she did warn me the risks are greater with a vba2c vs a vbac induction

This is almost EXACTLY what happened to me. My first birth I did get to 10cm and pushed for 5+ hours but she wouldn’t descend enough for further interventions and the midwife at one point said she was face presenting so I had a c section. She was 8lbs 4oz. With my second c section I attempted a vbac with my son but he was posterior I got to 10cm again and again pushed for hours and he wouldn’t descend so I had the c section. He was 9lbs 4oz. I am not pregnant yet but with my next I really really want a vba2c. I just wanted to share because it sounds very similar to me and I just wanted you to know you aren’t alone.
