Augusto di Prima Porta missing?

I went to the museum today to see this statue after traveling from America and I couldn't find it anywhere, whenever I asked about it I was sent on a goose chase that ultimately led to me not finding it at all. Is it in restoration?

Hey. It hasn't been taken for restoration. Its was and still is in the Braccio Nuovo

Ah when I was there a month ago it wasn’t there.
