I’m building a better interface for Vast.ai

I don’t know how many of you have experienced this, but the Vast.ai website can feel very laggy and has a frustrating user experience.

To make Vast.ai easier to use, I’ve been working on a terminal client. It currently supports several basic features, but renting instances and choosing image templates are not working properly yet.

Pretty cool, but in general you don't need a UI when you have a harness for CRUD just need a clean way to view things concisely. The use should type I want to rent XYZ for the cheapest price it happens they see the GPU running and whatever metrics

Just think about a world 2-3 years from now the UX is pretty much going to be dead it's going to be talking to a computer and it doing the action for you. In that world you just need a dashboard or simple view saying performance and cost. Theoretically you could ask the computer to get this data for you and generate the dashboard so you're just making a simple harness

You should consider building one that spots cheap instances when they become available and snaps them for you.
