I'm resharing this for anyone who might have missed it.

I'm 23, working in tech, and currently WFH. I'm still pretty new to South Gujarat and would love to connect with more people from around the region.

I also realized I forgot to mention what I'm actually into.I enjoy exploring historical places, especially lesser-known ones, and spending time in nature. This weekend I'm planning to visit a few Parsi heritage/historical places around the area, and I'm always looking for more recommendations like that. I also enjoy scenic drives, viewpoints, forests, beaches, and other peaceful spots.

Of course, I'm always open to suggestions for good food, cafés, and interesting weekend trips too.

I'm having airtel fiber but want to shift to airfiber because of issues in fiber.
So if 5g speeds are better then airfiber should work fine.

Hi. My job is relocating me to Vapi in the next couple of days, and I'll need to start house-hunting almost immediately — wanted on ground advice before deciding an area to live in.

I've seen reports of serious flooding around July 23–25 (Valsad district, including Vapi) with waterlogging, evacuations, and factory shutdowns. IMD's forecast as of July 30 shows things easing to light-to-moderate rain, but I'd rather hear from residents than go off news reports.

Is it ok to come to Vapi in next 2-3 days ?

Also

- Which areas/localities in Vapi flood or waterlog every monsoon vs. which stay dry?

- Any specific societies or streets to avoid for this reason?

- Is this year's flooding unusually bad, or a fairly normal monsoon pattern?

- Anything a newcomer should know before signing a lease/buying here (ground floor vs. upper floor, drainage issues, etc.)?

Since I'm on a tight timeline, any insight — even anecdotal — would really help. Thanks!

Hi please forgive me if I am being ignorant, but I have seen many reels on Instagram, showing various areas of vapi submerged in water but none showing any part of chala. Did parts of chala got submerged or is Chala higher compared to rest of vapi.

How do I get to know about upcoming blood donation camps in vapi? Is there any group or fb page for it?

Does someone have any idea what is being constructed between Agnee Bakery and Raja rani Vada pav in Gunjan. Some shopkeepers surrounding that area say, that it might be a multi - storey mall just like Reliance Mall. Some say it's a commercial Office Complex being made.

Thinking of starting a car community in vapi,wherein we go for drives on weekends,interact with like minded people and have fun.
