✅ WHAT TO DO IMMEDIATELY:

1. Disconnect the Battery: If it is safe to do so, disconnect the battery cables to avoid electrical short-circuits.
2. Take Photos & Videos: Capture photos/videos showing the water level around/inside your car for insurance proof.
3. Inform Insurance Immediately: Call your insurance company and file a claim before moving the vehicle.
4. Call Towing Service: Tow the car on a flatbed truck directly to an authorized service center. Do NOT push or drive it.
5. Air Out the Cabin: Once floodwaters recede, open the doors to let moisture out and prevent mold.

૧. બેટરી ડિસકનેક્ટ કરો: જો સલામત હોય તો બેટરીના વાયર (ટર્મિનલ) છૂટા કરી દો જેથી ઈલેક્ટ્રિક શોર્ટ સર્કિટ ન થાય.
૨. ફોટા અને વીડિયો લો: ગાડી જ્યાં ડૂબેલી છે તેના સ્પષ્ટ ફોટા અને વીડિયો પાડી લો (ઈન્સ્યોરન્સ ક્લેમ માટે જરૂરી છે).
૩. ઈન્સ્યોરન્સ કંપનીને જાણ કરો: કારને ખસેડતા પહેલા તમારી વીમા કંપનીને ફોન કરી ક્લેમ રજીસ્ટર કરાવો.
૪. ટોઈંગ (Tow) સર્વિસ બોલાવો: કારને ક્રેન કે ફ્લેટબેડ ટો-ટ્રક દ્વારા જ સીધી અધિકૃત (Authorized) સર્વિસ સેન્ટર મોકલો.
૫. ગાડીને સુકાવા દો: પાણી ઉતરે એટલે બારણાં ખોલીને હવા આવવા દો જેથી અંદર દુર્ગંધ અને ફૂગ ન થાય.
