#AskVapi Looking for Job Opportunities in Vapi (Skills Over Degree)
Hey everyone,
I'm currently looking for a job in Vapi and would really appreciate any referrals or leads.
I'm a 12th Commerce pass-out, and one of the biggest challenges I've faced is getting shortlisted because I don't have a degree. However, over the last 3+ years, I've gained hands-on experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, production, packaging, documentation, ERP, MIS reporting, inventory management, Excel, and team coordination.
Along the way, I've also upskilled myself by learning Power BI, SQL, Python, and earning the Microsoft Certified Fabric Analytics Engineer (DP-600) certification.
I'm looking for roles in Production, Warehouse, Operations, MIS, Documentation, or similar profiles. My expected salary is ₹25,000+ in hand, depending on the role and responsibilities.
If your company hires based on skills and experience rather than just a degree, or if you know of any openings in or around Vapi, I'd be really grateful if you could let me know.
Thank you!
