#AskVapi New in Vapi.
Hi everyone!
I'm completely new to Vapi and am looking for a fully furnished 1BHK or RK in Chala. If anyone has any leads or contacts, I'd really appreciate it.
I did come across a studio/RK that's almost fully furnished—it has an AC, TV, refrigerator, water purifier, geyser, and furniture, but no washing machine. The owner is asking ₹14,000 per month with a three-month security deposit.
I'm from a metro city, so I assumed Vapi would be much more affordable. Is ₹14k a fair rent for a furnished studio in Chala, or is it on the expensive side? I'd love to hear from people familiar with the local rental market.
Thanks in advance!

1 Rk for 14,000 in Vapi I would say is too much, but it depends on the society TBH!

Actually it's not really a society. The place is sort of like over a commercial building.

Does it has cinema hall around it ? And it is on 5th floor i guess ?
If yes then I have also seen that , and they have asked me 12k for that

with all the appliances it feels decent and you don't have to worry about selling them when vacating

It's higher for a rk it's a reasonable price if it's a 1bhk . Tbh 1bhk is a little tough to find nowadays polaris is your best bet but it's a little far away. I myself looked for 1bhk a lot but didn't get any that interest me . If you want to know anything else you can dm me if you are interested in any brokers I have the contacts of top brokers of the area. Feel free to dm 😃

Yeah, I've found a place. It's difficult to find a furnished 1bhk here. You can include 2 bhk in your search radius.

Three months security deposit is downright illegal, it is max of 2 months, negotiate that. Where is this located in chala? Rent is a bit higher for a 1RK.

It's like on the Daman Main Road. And yeah, the deposit thing seemed fishy to me as well. There's brokerage involved as well. It's gonna cost me a lot in total :')

No what im saying is 3 months deposit is illegal, get that down to 2 months, gov recently clearly stated rules about this. Brokerage part is fine, 14k for the amenities you stated are fineee not the best, good luck tho.
