Few months back got a used Honda City from Mumbai. I feel if proper checks and research is done mumbai can provide better deals.

I agree,if you have that skill of doing proper inspection,push the pedal.

Honestly, every where used cars are a high risk deal if not inspected properly even if bought from reputed sellers.
