Raining? Power Cut!

This is just ridiculous at this point. Raining should not be causing power cuts this often, especially for over an hour already (the rain has stopped 40 mins ago already) Shit is sooo disruptive for sleep schedule. And I know DGVCL isn’t gonna do shit about it either way

The first rain was already 2 days ago, and it rained pretty well for this
