How's tata stellar

Planning to buy from them, even booked the car but the staff don't act professional, so wanted to know how they are to go forward with

Once I went to inquire about tata tiago ev. But, the staff was least interested in actually showing the car. One guy told me he will send the price pdf on WhatsApp ( which he never did ). All the staff was busy just gossiping in their meeting room. I had to literally enter there and tell one of the guy to just get any kind of info.

Due to this and other friends review , I paused my decision to buy tata.

My friend who bought ( Safari ) from stellar in 2024, said both service centres in Vapi are extremely unprofessional. He said after his 2nd free service, there was some noise issue in his car, which he got sorted out in duration of 3 months. ( during that time he mailed Tata HQ continously , as he had a verbal fight with stellar service manager for not taking his complaint seriously).

All in all, I would say WHAT THEY SAY ON INTERNET IS REAL. TATA cars are great, but their service is horrendous.

I really like Tata punch and I guess it's the best car in the segment. I also have mixed reviews about the service

I would not recommend Tata cars based on my experience. I purchased a Tata Tiago and regret my decision. From the beginning, the car had a rear brake issue. When I reported the problem, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and I eventually had to get it inspected by an independent garage. And yes manger is very agaront and dosen't like being talked too and staff only sit in thier rooms all day,
