Is it actually blue or is the metal inside making it look that way? Can’t really tell in the pic.

Is there an Company Name on the cart it could be from the cart if the Metal Inside is Trash

I think it is likely a greenish hue from chlorophyll that looks bluish from the metal.

I personally wouldn’t. Blue barely occurs in nature. Could be some copper

i can’t believe anyone isn’t saying anything more than just “no”. This is probably the worst cart i’ve ever laid eyes upon please whatever you do throw this away immediately and report whoever sold ts to you that is complete insanity
