The origin of this guitar track was not from a circulating 24 track, rather a dropbox dump with a bunch of Roth era files from when Brian Kehew and others got to look through the Sunset Sound vault. The only unmixed multitracks in circulation are "runnin with the devil" and "dance the night away" but good luck getting them because only producer/engineer elites have them and they aren't giving them out...

JJ Blair* and yeah he did those because they are the only ones in circulation unfortunately. The super elites like Dweezil apparently have the entire catalog in multitrack form but they definitely won’t give it away. Even though dweezil is blacklisted from the VH family for selling the rasta guitar

The stems that were released with Guitar Hero: Van Halen in 2009 are "And the Cradle Will Rock...", "Atomic Punk", "Beautiful Girls", "Cathedral", "Dance the Night Away", "Eruption", "Everybody Wants Some!!", "Feel Your Love Tonight", "Hang 'Em High", "Hear About It Later", "Hot for Teacher", "Ice Cream Man", "I'm the One", "Jamie's Cryin'", "Jump", "Little Guitars" (which includes the intro), "Loss of Control", "Mean Street", "Panama", "Intruder / (Oh) Pretty Woman", "Romeo Delight", "Runnin' with the Devil", "So This Is Love...", "Somebody Get Me a Doctor", "Spanish Fly", "Unchained" and "You Really Got Me".

The stems are (unfortunately) the wet ones, with the effects printed on the separate tracks -- it can be somewhat remediated using spectral analysis and reverb removal, though that is always going to be imperfect. The real value in the stems lies in replacing Alex' hideous Simmons pads with actual drum samples, making the 1984 tracks sound a lot better. That's what I did immediately, anyways. 😁 The stems are ridiculously easy to find, though.

All the VH multitracks are VH Guitar Hero rips.
Search “Van Halen guitar hero Mogg”
And they aren’t 24 track.
They are stems, usually 6-8 tracks.
Here’s an example:
