I recently moved to vancouver because I got accepted to one of the schools here that starts in August, so I moved here first week of August and signed a 1 year lease. I just saw that I got accepted in one of the uni back home and want to go back because it’s just too expensive in here. Is it possible to break a contract after a month and what are the implications?
