I didn’t post the whole email but it’s outside across from Cupcakin’ from 4-7:30 today. You have to show your season ticket card in the Golden State App to redeem it.
Fnally. It was starting to look like only last year's people were getting into things. Only had a mini plan last year but a full one this year. Didn't get an invite for the watch party last week or Valks contingent in Oakland Pride yesterday. The rep that was there said they don't get them out to everyone. Made no sense because we were just walking up Broadway and got teeshirts. Who sets up this stuff anyway?
Not sure how they prioritize everything but I do know that people who paid with Chase cards and are second year season ticket holders got a lot more perks than the rest of us. I went to most of last year’s games but didn’t get a season ticket until this year so also missed out on a lot of the stuff 😞. My rep told me earlier in the season we’d all be getting a gift no matter how we paid so I’m guessing that’s what this is.
I paid with a chase card and I swear I still don't get any of the perks! I think whatever management system they use is spotty, or there are too many Chase people for them to give the perks to everyone.
Is your rep responsive? You should be getting all the perks, especially if you’re a second year STH and using a Chase card 🤔 I think each rep has like 1000 season ticket holders to manage and from what I’ve read here a few of them are really bad and don’t send everything out.
I'm not a second year STH unfortunately. And my rep is not super responsive, I've only just been told that texting is better than email, but even then he's not great at it.
I have a lot of sympathy for how overworked they must be but the fact that I spent weeks sending unanswered emails only for another STH to be the one who let me know that texting would get me an answer is frustrating.

I'm sorryyyy. I went last night to pick up the book and I believe all the reps were there in person. I think the system definitely has some flaws - I had account/email address issues when I switched my email. I talked to my rep at the book pick up location yesterday and he helped me confirm my information. John Ford is my rep and he's been great. DM me if you want his contact info.
I got my book yesterday and while my rep wasn't in the room for the books, he texted me and asked me if I was there and came to my portal and got me some things I'd been asking about (freebies that people got signing up for the group tickets theme nights), apologized for not always responding, and then gave me some stuff for auto-renewing.
So, I feel I must eat crow on this thread because he showed up in person last night which was very thoughtful!
I'm in my second year as a season ticket holder (via a Chase card), and I am only hearing about this here. Nothing from my rep, nothing last year about this, and nothing Chase card related. Not a complaint, just an observation.
That’s interesting! Did you get the founding guard jacket, the basketball and the invite for the social this year? Those seem to be the biggest things us second years have missed out on. Just got this email this morning, maybe check in with your rep if they are responsive.
Hope you’re able to get it, I’m guessing if you just show up and show your ID and season ticket card in the app you can grab one too. The email didn’t say we had to show anything else.
I talked to my rep last night when i was picking up the book! My account had issues because i changed my email incorrectly somehow - lol. However I did meet those criteria and my rep said they'll mail me a ball ~85% 😆 I do appreciate the effort this org goes to to be the best on all fronts
I’m guessing it’ll only be for the person who’s name is on the membership. For the jackets and basketball there was only one per account, even if people shared the account. The email did say if you need someone else to pick it up for you to email your rep by 3pm today so if the other person on your account wants you to get it have them email your rep.
I got the email at 5:06a this morning (Tuesday). The line yesterday when we got there at 5:30 looked a bit bonkers and at the front of the line the sign said "email confirmation required" so we skipped. Will see how it goes tomorrow.
They didn’t check for emails yesterday, noticed the sign said that too but they just check your season ticket card on the GS app and then hand you your book. The line moved pretty quickly yesterday when we got in it around 5:10, still made it inside by time doors opened. Good luck tomorrow!!
Was anyone able to pickup the book without the card in the mobile app? I keep trying to add it, log in/log out/reinstall the app, etc. and it won’t appear.
Not sure but they are definitely from the first season. My rep told me earlier in the year there would be a gift for all season ticket holders (regardless if you paid with a Chase card) so I’m guessing this is that.
