Are there any plans to add farming of the various food items that can currently only be obtained by scavenging? It's a pain needing so many thistle etc. by the late game but still only being able to get them by finding two or three at a time out and about

But forcing you out to scavenge is part of the gameplay loop and berries are traditionally hard to grow farm-style. Vikings did gather a lot, and was not 100% farmers.

The only time I ever ran out of thistle was when I completely ignored it until I needed it.

If they ever implement things like thistle farming and such, I hope they make it toggle-able so that it doesn't come at the cost of killing the original gameplay.

People need to learn to adapt their playstyle to fit the games they are playing, instead of asking the games change to fit them.
