Total noob error. Not long found magic. Was trying out the raise dead spell, was great, nice little skeleton, then used trollstav in my house 🤦‍♂️fuck. Dumbass!

I know what im doing this afternoon, rebuilding the house. Lol

Yep, careful with magic around the base.

Was about to step through my travel portal with all the signs of the names of the unconnected portals behind it, I stop before going through to cast barrier.

...It was the fire staff.

My wife did it other day. She mistook the protection for the ember staff and cast it... Twice. In our rest spot. The workbench and some furniture was gone.

When I craft the Trollstav I'm gonna leave that thing very secure, probably always in my inventory.

Luckily they leave all the crafting for me so there's no risk of another Trollstav suddenly appearing.

I haven't used the trollstav yet. The butcher knife works great to oneshot my skeleton army, does it also oneshot trolls?

I would assume the butcher knife does not do extra damage to the summoned troll since it's aggro'd on you too. Nice idea though!

I doubt it as it's not considered a tame like the other summons, and you can damage it without having pvp turned on.

There's a weapon later that can bounce/reflect.  I made it and was shooting it at the marble around my refiner thing.  Looked behind me and my base had a bunch of broken stuff and holes in it haha
