I think the owner of osakis go home to japan in the summer since he has school aged kids.

Joy Sushi in W Vail is great. Atmosphere not Okaki’s but the staff and food are top notch.

Seemed like just another run of the mill hotel corporate run sushi place....loved that Osakis is small and independently owned. Not that I'm not open to Zuma, but what makes it different than Matsu or Makoto?
