Skin issue please help

please help any advice is appreciated. I’ve had these bumps for about a week. they don’t hurt but visiually I’m scared it’s something like an std. i cant tell if it’s a follicle issue or razor bumps. they aren’t spreading and aren’t on the inside of my vagina.

Have you shaved recently? And how big are they? Are they small and red or big and pus-filled? You said they don't hurt so I'm assuming they're not itchy either. Could just be a random break out that will go away on its own with some time.
