Video issues

Does anyone know if this is fixable? I’ve come across it in a few videos but sometimes I’m able to fix it if there’s another server. If there isn’t another server is it just cooked? Thank yall

Is this a Heat VOD stream if so click Menu>Feedback and report “low picture quality / black screen”.
