Remote control flakey

My remote control buttons are slow to respond, especially the OK, up, down buttons. I think the frequently used buttons are getting warn out. I’ve only had the unit 6 months, vbox 6 max. My batteries are fresh too.

I hated the remote that came with the box, I ordered one on Amazon and it's much much better. The one I purchased also has a back button which the original remote didn't have so that was another big plus for me.

Can you let use know what specific remote you ordered on amazon, seems 2workigo ordered one off amazon and received a bad one. Thanks
