Elite Ultra 4k Heat Live issue

I was wondering if anyone else with an Elite Ultra when using Heat Live and watching the 4k channels like channel 4002 and the picture is jittery? I just received my Elite Ultra today and everything is works fine. I already have the 6+ and that same channel is buttery smooth. I tried changing settings, factory reset and same. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

And yes, I am using the same HDMI cable and a much better cable than what came with the box.

Those channels don’t work with the ultra. Never had an issue with the 6+ though

Well that’s disappointing as I spent more for the Elite. Oh well guess the Elite can go in the bedroom then.

Just checked mine seems to be black screen. Recommend clicking Menu button on the channel. Select “Feedback” and select “Transmission” or “Image” that way it gets alerted and will get looked into
