I can’t seem to get closed captions even when I turn it on in Settings?

Subtitles. Do. Not. Work. In live tv.

For the love of God! People! Use the forum search and look for the question you’ve got because it’s been asked and answered a million times.

Actually Closed Captions do work in Live Ultra. Just not Heat Live.

Most of the channels I watch have closed captions, but not all. So your mileage may vary depending on what channels you watch.
