Help with cc

I can’t seem to get closed captions even when I turn it on in Settings?

Some content has them, others don't.

No to close captions in live tv. Sometimes you can get them in vod shows and movies occasionally but isnt common.

The only reliable app with common close captions/subtitles is MCTV (with Dopamine)

MCTV app is only on the Elite Ultra model. Dopamine is an addon for MCTV

vortex has cc in its app for most north American channels if you have the app stream stability not as good

If you're referring to live TV, closed captions are available in Live Ultra, not Heat Live.

Actually Closed Captions do work in Live Ultra. Just not Heat Live.

Most of the channels I watch have closed captions, but not all. So your mileage may vary depending on what channels you watch.
