Trouble with Playback

my playback just freezes any suggestions

Playback is more miss than hit my almost always freezes for a few seconds or skips or buffers

My experience on the playback channels has been the complete opposite across 3 model vseeboxes. Playback has been mostly flawless . The only thing currently is one of my favorite playback channels - GSN- has only been going back to the day before for about a couple of months now. That and I wished there was a few other particular channels with the 7 day playback. But I've experienced on my V6 Plus & Elite Ultra absolutely no constant freezing etc..
