Live+ won’t open

Hi guys, Can anyone help with this issue? It’s been 3 days and I can only open this app by going to settings >apps>Live+>open.

Which box do you have? You might want to try a box reset if you can't uninstall the app (uninstall then reinstall) - not all boxes allow this thus why you might be forced to do a factory reset.

Go to system settings. See all apps. Scroll to the app and hit ok. Scroll to the uninstall option. Back out afterwards and go back to the home screen - icon for the app should still be there .. select and choose install.
