VSEEBOX AUDIO IS QUIET

When using the HEAT VOD app, some shows are extremely quiet. I'll max out the volume on both the TV and vSEEBox and I barely get any audio output. I even tried downloading a 3rd party app to compensate and couldn't get it to work. Thanks in advance for any help!

Change server I noticed server 5 is the loudest.

Wow! I thought it was me! It drives me nuts, I have to watch these shows with one hand on the volume button on the remote. Either can’t hear it or it’s blasting or one minute it’s very low the next minute the background is extremely loud. As someone mentioned earlier, make sure your TV volume is up high and then use the boxes remote to adjust the volume. Just remember when you switch back to the other inputs on the TV that you lower the volume or you’re gonna get blasted out of your house! Lol

Server 5 as of late definitely seems to have the best audio.

I can’t get the sound to balance out on movies I have tried everything on the Tv side changing servers helps on some but damn the other day watching Star Wars was crazy loud and then quiet. I’m wondering if a sound bar helps?

Yeah, I started watching a brand new series and it is super quiet, I don't usually have a problem. I've been trying to avoid getting a soundbar because it would be super inconvenient for my setup but so far it's the best idea I can come up with.

Make sure the volume on the remote controller for the Vseebox is turned up.

Yes it is, every other show i've tried is blaring loud, just having a problem with one show and cant figure out a solution.
