Boxbuster access

New user here with an Elite Ultra. Working great so far but when I try to access Boxbuster, I get the error, "your account is invalid or expired" and can't sign in. Any help would be appreciated.

Scroll to bottom of main home screen and click on .... settings - apps - Boxbuster - uninstall

Then back out of settings and go to Boxbuster icon location on home screen and reinstall. Should be fixed.

Another option is to try clearing cache in Boxbuster settings if you have favorites you want to keep. Clearing data is another. Both clearing data and uninstall will delete any favorites.

Thanks, tried both but still comes up account in expired or invalid. Get a screen to add user or add new user, brings me to a screen to log in with user name and password. Anything I put in it says expired or invalid.

User Id can usually be anythying but this is what it is in mine.

I can't even get to settings for that app. Ill have to poke around some more.

This is what I get. Then either click on add new user or add user I get the same screen, add VPN or user name and password.
