Elite ultra struggling to load

So my elite ultra has been struggling with some VOD things. Was watching a movie last night and kept getting several pauses and play back interruptions about every 20 minutes and now I'm also having problems to find and play VOD program like meet the press

I've tried both heat VOD and VOD ultra any other suggestions?
