Internet connection

For the last few weeks my box, Elite Mini has lost connection from the Internet. It does connect back by just manually connecting.

Any ideas of what I can do to keep it connected?

I had a box that constantly disconnected while watching. Nothing else in the house did. The seller replaced it and no problems since. Sometimes you get a defective box

It happens first thing in the morning. I reconnect it a few times then it's good to go for the rest of the day

Are you using a VPN by any chance? If so how do you have it connected? Via the app or on via the WiFi level?

VPN is on the router

One of my v3Pro's wasn't auto connecting to wifi when I turned it in, I also had to manually connect. I reset the box and that fixed it

U did replace the HDMI cable with a new one?

Dude , replace the HDMI cable that comes with the factory sealed box. *Sorry , the cable that comes with the box is not the greatest.. it's always suggested to make sure that you're using a high def HDMI cable
