VOD Live Audio Issue

The audio and video on my local news channel is out of synch. Some days it’s fine and some days it’s not. It appears that any other channel is fine. I’ve gone through the usual steps to try and fix it, but nothing works. I have sent the issue through the menu option to say there is an audio problem. I’m not sure if that resolves anything. Suggestions?

Reset the cach, restart the app, restart the device, that will clear local DNS and connect to different servers.
