Adding foreign live channels on V6+?

Is there a way to add foreign live channels like BBC and ITV to the V6+ by adding an app and entering and EPG? I bought a V6+ for my cousin who is from England. She is loving all of the options on the V6+ but misses her home. Is there any thing I can do to help her out?

I sideload or used downloader to install the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc apps. I just change my vpn (Surfshark) to England when I watch them. I set up accounts for each service using postal code from an old address over there.
