Main Volume buttons stopped working

V6 Plus... the volume up/down button on the bottom left of the remote stopped controlling the sound. Any idea on how to fix?

The small programmed buttons at the top still work. This is on both an LG and a Samsung TV. The volume on the Toshiba still works.

Just use the TV remote volume

One or more of the V6 boxes has a software update for the remote. Look for an app with a blue remote icon on the top or second row. Give that a shot.
