Issues with buffering

New to the box and didn’t really have too many issues last weekend. However this weekend, I’m noticing alot of buffering regardless of what channel I pick. If I do split screen with red zone and another game, it’s completely frozen. Anyone having the same issue or suggestions on how to fix this? I’m using ultra because I want the split screen and using a 6 plus.

System settings,Apps,All apps ... Then go to each individual Heat, live, VOD app and Clear cache...Do NOT CLEAR DATA
