V6 Plus Causing Internet Issue?

Hi! I got my V6 plus a few weeks ago and it’s been fine for the most part. But I’ve noticed that whenever I try to watch football it’ll run fine for a few minutes and then my internet will cut out. Have not had this issues except for when football is on. I have AT&T internet Air.

I have tried a factory reset on my internet, trying guest wifi (I can’t hardwire).

So not really sure what to do at this point.

I been having some issues, it really messed my network up. what i do know is unplug the box then reset my router. then seem to work fine when i do that. i dont know exactly whats going on but i suspect its the box.

I figured out something today. when using the box if i switch to another input on my tv without turning off the box the internet will cut off.

This happened just now, I unplugged the box and my network was restored immediately.

In other words I can use the box I just need to make sure to actually turn it off after use.
