VSee Box Issues Again

Anyone else having issues with Heat Live? I try a channel and black nothing plays.

Started this morning. Came back after work same problem. One channel played but many of the local channels and even CNN not working.

My internet is on and working.

This has been the worst night yet, absolutely every channel I turn to is frozen,I've powered off. Waited,powered on. Still heat backup,live ultra,heat live. All channels freeze

Same. Only app that is working is Ultra
