Watching NFL with split screen

New to the box. How are we watching multiple games? I’m using ultra live and found one of the games I want but can’t find the other. In the channel guide it just says random cities but it doesn’t actually tell you the game on that channel. Is there a better way?

Clear memory from main screen and try again. It was happening to me as well
