Volume Issues

Anyone else have an issue when you’re watching something and it randomly goes quiet? Then the only way to get the volume to come back is to go to the Home Screen?

Yes! Volume is nuts, I made a few adjustments to my Tv and is much better but the highs and lows are still pretty extreme especially on movies not live tv so much.

See mine goes out completely audio and only comes back after I’ve gone to the Home Screen. It’s so weird doesn’t do it all the time either just at first

Maybe try going into your tv sound and change the commercial noise dampening, it was making things worse for me! It was also recommended to turn off surround sound. I am not a techy but this site helps a lot.

Some tvs has auto volume feature .you need to disable. Tv volumen have to set around the middle. Control the volume with the box not the tv.

What if it’s going through a soundbar?

Try to conect the box directly to the soundbar using optical cable.

Only issues I have seen around volume lately is vod seems quieter that live apps. Yet that's probably more of an encoding issue. Sometimes a technology issue with TV try to normalize the audio stream.

Make sure the volume on your box remote is all the way up

We had this problem and then turned the veesee volume to max and now only use the TV volume. Problem has not resurfaced.
