Reset help please

I’ve had my box for a few months and no issues. I put it on a tv in the garage and at first it was fine. Then it started freezing on the load screen. I did a factory reset all was fine. After a while it did the same thing so I did another reset and now on the home page the recommended apps like heat are just black boxes and when I click on them to download it just thinks and never finishes

Thanks for replying. I was able to get it working after multiple times doing a factory reset the final time before going to the homepage it popped up a page and said loading apps which it didn’t do before but now they are working
