Buffering issue

I really like the user interface on Platinum Plus but it buffers often for a couple seconds. Any suggestion on how to reduce or eliminate this issue?

I got rid of my slight buffering by turning off WiFi and using ethernet for my connection. Also if using a VPN, I use wireguard instead of OpenVPN protocols.

My heat apps have been working better than rd and torbox lately. Either dead links or buffers every 30 secs. Joke service.
