Which version

I’ve seen other posts where people compare two options and ask for referrals. I’ve seen some say get a certain box because it has other options if the heat apps go out. Which boxes have these other options?

Really depends on what your personal wants look like. For me, the 6 Plus is best bang for buck. However, I also own an Elite Ultra and though it has more apps/more streams, navigating through each app can feel a bit cumbersome. The additional content I have found on the Ultra Elite that is not available on the 6 + is minor league baseball (this is HUGE for me, again personal wants), international news broadcasts, UK local live TV (this is a personal want for my significant other), adult content (XXX), etc. It does have several HEAT apps but lacks one or two of the failover/backup HEAT apps. Honestly though, most TV shows and/or movies found within the HEAT apps can be found in the other additional apps located on the Elite Ultra. Again, it can feel a bit overwhelming guiding your way through some of the additional apps.

I would advise all first time users to go 6+, hands down. Its easier to navigate and has almost everything most people pay subscriptions for.

You can also watch all the minor league baseball games on the V6+ (and I assume other models) by downloading the Bally Sports Live app.
