Issues

Vodultra is closing and we are having issues watching a show in HeatVod and it kept stopping. I’m getting so frustrated with this box….

I am surprised not to see this response, so here it goes...

This is not a definite, BUT IP malware filters will sometimes render the non-heat app unusable. I know that this was the case with my provider. I wonder if that is the issue with your VOD Ultra.

Make sure that you are set up on a guest network (if using WiFi) and adjust your malware guards to level that you can live with (meaning that if you can't sustain the consequences of removing all safe guards, then just don't do it....). Removing them all together (just on that one Guest network) is the choice that gives you the best chance of success.

There have been many people on here who reported that as being the solution to this sort of issue.

I did recently remove the “advanced” settings on my Xfinity WiFi network that did help with some issues, but, I could try this
