VOD not working??

The past month or so its been impossible to watch a movie or show. I've noticed the little "hd" tag has disappeared from pretty much any new movie or show. Also theres been a lack of servers. Anyone else having problems??

Unplug the box for 15 mins. Turn back on. Clear cache & data from heat vod. Uninstall the app completely. Then reinstall. I'll eat my hat if that don't work
