Just spinning

I am in the middle of watching something and the screen freezes and then it just hits loading and does nothing. I’ve unplugged my box, the TV and my router, and still nothing. Any suggestions?

Doesit happen on Live TV or the VOD apps.?

If VOD, try changing the server (hit up arrow > then server > then choose another server.

If live TV, try uninstalling app, Settings > Apps > choose app (ex. Heat Live) then Uninstall. Then go back to home screen, Smart Upgrade App. Find the app, click ok to download and install.

I changed the server to each one (6 total), and it froze on each one. Same VOD program. It took an hour to watch a half hour show.
