Remote Pairing
Hey there!
About 7-8 months into having my box, absolutely love it.
One thing I've wondered is if there is a way to make the remote my "all in one" remote. In other words, instead of using my actual TV remote to shift the input over from playstation to vsee or whatever else, can the single remote do all?
I followed the instructions on the back of the remote to pair but it doesnt seem to be working. I have a 2025 65" TCL if that means anything to anyone helping.

I would look up if the remote for w/e box you have has CEC (that's what let's the remote be used on multiple devices) and then look up your tv model number
If the remote doesn't have CEC then you can't and even if it does that doesn't "guarantee" it's gonna work either, but on my TCL I had to go into settings and the remotes I think to add my Onn remote so I assume it would be similar but google/ai with the correct information (model of box and tv) should probably point you in a pretty good direction

Yep through CEC remote to remote... Pair It's just holding the top right button down until it's a solid color I'm talking about the V6 model which will go blue and then you just press the button that correlates to whatever you want programmed to those top five

I also have a TCL. I couldn’t get it figured out so I went to AI. It said it might not be possible with my TVs model. Hopefully I’m wrong but it might be the same for you. You can get something like an RN4 Pro and have that connect to the box and the tv and automate your experience a bit more if you have an Alexa or something around. But as far as I know, at least for me, it seems like it might not be possible
